Who am I and how can I help you ?

My name is Anthony and I live in the Lower Mainland. I have 15 years of experience as a litigant in BC Provincial Court in the family division. I have filled out countless documents, I have appeared in front of numerous Honourable Judges of the Court, and I have also attended the different forms of mediation, counselling, and conferences offered within the family justice system. I have a strong understanding of what’s at stake for you, and can advise you on how to move forwards within the bureaucratic and technical complexities of the Family Justice System prior to the commencement of the judicial process. I do not provide legal advice; however, I can assist you in quickly finding resources that may help serve your situation.

I can provide information on:

    1. Court registry forms

    2. Hiring the "right" lawyer

    3. Finding alternatives to going to court

    4. How to conduct yourself in court, including  dress and manner

    5. Helping self-represented litigants find important resources

    6. How to conduct yourself with your ex partner, and finding your own balance and peace

Clarity and Time

The more information and knowledge about the process you can acquire before hiring a lawyer, the less expensive and the more clear the process will be once you have a lawyer. I will work to provide you with answers to some of the questions you may have regarding BC Provincial Court paperwork, processes and resources. Should you choose to self represent, I can also direct you towards important resources that will aid you in your self-representation. I am not a lawyer, and will not offer legal advice.

Please note that I am not a lawyer and I do not offer legal advice
